We have established and comply with this Privacy Policy ("Policy") in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to ensure that the personal information you provide while using our Weevee service (the "Service") is protected. This Policy describes how your personal information is used and what measures are taken for its protection.

We collect the following personal information for purposes such as member registration, seamless customer support, and providing an optimized service experience.

- Required Information (at sign-up): Email address (for your login ID).
- Additional Information (when creating your profile): Details such as your gender, nationality, date of birth, profile picture, and approximate location.
- Information Generated During Service Use:
- Content: Photos, text, chats with other users, and other content you create.
- Service Usage Data: Login history, features used, and your interactions with other users (e.g., searching, Browse).
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, hardware ID, IP address, advertising IDs, and cookies.
How We Collect Information
- Directly from You: We collect information that you provide directly with your consent during processes like signing up or using the Service.
- Automatically: Given the nature of mobile services, information such as device data, usage history, and logs may be automatically generated and collected during your use of the Service.
- Other Methods: Information may be additionally collected through customer support inquiries.
Article 2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
We use the collected personal information solely for the following purposes. Should these purposes change, we will obtain your prior consent.
- Member Management: To manage our members, including verifying intent to sign up, identifying users, confirming age, and processing account withdrawals.
- Providing and Improving Our Services: To provide existing services (including advertising), discover new service features, and improve our offerings through demographic analysis, analysis of service visits and usage patterns, and providing personalized services.
- Protecting Users and Operating the Service: To build a safe and secure service environment by enforcing our terms, preventing and sanctioning fraudulent or abusive activities, preventing account hijacking, delivering important notices, retaining records for dispute resolution, and handling user inquiries.
Article 3. Delegation of Personal Information Processing
To provide our services smoothly, we delegate certain essential tasks to external professional companies as described below. When entering into a delegation agreement, we clearly define and oversee the recipient's compliance with privacy laws, duty of confidentiality, prohibition on providing information to third parties, liability in case of incidents, and the destruction of personal information after the delegation period.

- Purpose of Delegation: Cloud server operation, management, and data storage.
Article 4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We do not provide your personal information to external parties without your prior consent. However, the following cases are exceptions:
- Where you have given prior consent for provision to a third party.
- Where required by the provisions of law, or when there is a request from an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes.
Article 5. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, we promptly destroy personal information once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, if it is necessary to retain the information in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws or our internal policies, we will store it for a specified period as follows.

- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
Protection of Communications Secrets Act
- Records of website visits (login history): 3 months
Retention Based on Internal Policy
- Information for preventing fraudulent use (e.g., email): 3 years
- Information related to events and prize delivery: 3 months
Destruction Procedure and Method
- Procedure: Personal information for which the retention period has expired will be safely destroyed in a way that prevents recovery.
- Method: Electronic files will be deleted using a technical method that makes the records irrecoverable. Paper documents will be shredded.
Article 6. Rights of Users and Their Legal Representatives
You and your legal representative may, at any time, access or modify your registered personal information and may request to delete your account (withdraw from the service). If you request a correction for an error in your personal information, we will not use or provide the information until the correction is complete. If incorrect information has already been provided to a third party, we will promptly notify the third party of the correction.
Article 7. Technical and Administrative Safeguards for Personal Information
In processing your personal information, we implement the following technical and administrative measures to ensure safety and prevent loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage.
- Encryption: Your personal information is stored and managed in an encrypted state. Passwords are stored using one-way encryption, making them non-decodable.
- Security Solutions: We install and periodically update security programs to protect against hacking and other intrusions and operate our systems in areas with controlled external access.
- Access Control: We manage access rights to our personal information database system through systematic standards for granting, modifying, and revoking permissions, and we use an intrusion prevention system to block unauthorized access.
- Personnel Management: We limit the number of employees who handle personal information to a minimum and emphasize the duty to protect personal information through regular training.

Article 9. Revisions to the Privacy Policy

Article 10. Duty to Notify
This Privacy Policy was established on August 1, 2025. In the event of changes due to government policy or security technology updates, we will provide notice through announcements before the amendments are implemented.
