These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Weevee" software and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Studiokico Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, signing up for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any future updates or regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is not intended for and may not be used by individuals under the age of 17.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid Apple or Google account. By creating an account, you authorize the Company to access and share your profile information, including your name and profile picture.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Your account information must not contain any illegal content or impersonate others. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately contact our support team at cs@studiokico.co.kr. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service for any account that violates these Terms. While you may deactivate your account, please be aware that this action is irreversible.
The Company provides services for social interaction and may periodically change or update the Service at its discretion. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Service.
To enhance the Member's experience, our Application offers the following fixed-term paid services.
All Paid Service products are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew upon expiration. To continue using the Paid Services, the Member must purchase a new pass.
Users of Paid Services gain access to additional features and benefits reserved for subscribers, in addition to the free services. The price for each pass is as indicated in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase.
Payment for the entire term of the purchased pass is due at the time of purchase.
App Store / Play Store Payments: Payments are processed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the Member's device. We have no direct control over payment, exchange rates, fund transfers, or any fees associated with such transactions. Consequently, the Apple App Store and Google Play Store are solely liable for their payment terms and processes. All inquiries and requests related to payment must be directed to the customer service of your respective Store.
Financial Information: We do not collect or store any financial information, such as credit card details. Your payment information is collected and processed directly by Apple or Google and remains outside of our control.
The term for Paid Services begins upon completion of payment and remains effective for the duration of the purchased pass (7 or 30 days). The Paid Services will automatically terminate upon the expiration of the term.
If a Member terminates their account or ceases to use the service before the expiration of the term, the amount already paid will not be refunded, except as otherwise provided in the refund policy of these Terms.
The right of withdrawal and refunds for purchases of Paid Services shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.
A Member may request a withdrawal (cancellation of purchase) within seven (7) days of purchasing a pass, provided that the service has not been used.
As all payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, any request for withdrawal or refund must be submitted directly to the respective Store in accordance with its policies and procedures. We cannot directly manage the Store's refund process.
If a Member is unable to use the service due to a material defect or a cause attributable to us, compensation and refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
In the event of a material breach of these Terms of Service or applicable laws by a Member, we reserve the right to terminate the Paid Service agreement immediately upon notice. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any remaining term of the Paid Service.
The Company collects the minimum necessary personal information to provide the Service. All collected data is securely processed and protected in accordance with the Weevee Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or requested by law enforcement authorities.
You are solely responsible for all content (including text, photos, and videos) that you post or transmit through the Service. The creation and dissemination of illegal or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
Furthermore, any actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Service are prohibited, such as posting false information, illegally trading accounts, sending spam, or reverse-engineering the software.
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including its software and logos, belong to the Company (Studiokico Inc.). You retain the intellectual property rights to the content you create. However, by uploading content, you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to copy, distribute, modify, and display your content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
The Service is provided "as is," and you use it at your own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the following:
You are responsible for all legal liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of others' rights. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any losses incurred as a result of such actions.
